DEBBIE CAFAZZO; The News Tribune | A little more than 18 months ago, a community garden was just a germ of an idea sprouting in the minds of some folks in Sumner.
But during the course of two summer seasons, Sumner Community Gardens has blossomed into a huge success, attracting more than 200 families who share gardening space at two lush sites near the heart of the city.
