Supermodel Gisele Bundchen is named the new UN Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Programme on Sunday (September 20) in New York City's Washington Square Park.
The 29-year-old Brazilian beauty will help the program to "raise awareness and inspire action to protect the environment," according to the organization.
